  • Important Note

    My Dear Student,

You might be having doubt in your mind in just only 200 hours how you are going to learn these many styles and paths of yoga. Actually you are right in your place every new student to yoga has this question because you are not having any idea about what is Yoga? Yoga is the science and art of -leaving healthy and happy, transformation, and realization.
The founder of Hatha Yoga is Lord shiva who taught 8400000 (asanas) posture, ( pranayama ) breathing techniques, Dhyana (meditation) to his disciples and let them spread the yoga in the world so many of his students become Great Yoga Guru and write different yoga texts on yoga like Shiv samihita, swara yoga, hatha yoga pradipika, Gheranda Samhita and many more. All these texts are same with the difference each Guru explained practices according to their understanding and experience but the basics and core of the practices are remained same.
In the last century yoga is commercialized, become the mode of easy money, name, and fame. So the westerners start coming to India, to learn yoga and stayed here for few months and become teachers and went back, so whatever they learnt and understand with that they found a new style of Yoga and started doing business. There are more the than 100 styles of yoga today like yin yoga, yang yoga, acro yoga, aerial yoga, anusara yoga, face yoga and much more so made the students confused. Whole life they students keep learning existing and new style come in market never reach and realize the goal of Yoga. Innocent students started following teachers and particular style of yoga and limited their complete growth. We did research on every style of yoga and found out that all styles of yoga are incomplete cannot work on every level of our existence and take the students only to the half way and let the students stuck in the between.

That one style of yoga does not give the complete satisfaction because every individual is different. We should practice yoga according to our sex, age, place, time, profession, climate, state of the mind and health conditions.
Beginners should start practice Yoga by understanding their Body and Mind and then start practice yoga as whole while observing the effect of the practice and chose the most effective practice and practice it for while and move towards higher and advanced practices later. Unscientific way of teaching causes injuries which are against human anatomy principles and laws of physics.
Omkarah Yoga Mandiram is the best Yoga teacher training school in India because we teach yoga in holistic way according to ancient traditional scriptures merged with modern scientific approach for 7 Dimensional approach for complete personality development Physical, Energical, Emotional, Mental, Intellectual, Spiritual And Social Levels.
